My Story
Crystal graduated from Northeast Iowa Community College in 2008 with a Massage Therapy Specialist degree. Crystal is a high energy massage therapist who has been trained in a wide range of modalities creating many diverse techniques. She loves helping others and truly believes in healing through massage. She has been with Thrive since Feb 2020.

By focusing on progressive therapies Crystal’s aim is to enable the muscles to function more efficiently, with greater ease and less pain.
