Crystal is the area’s only licensed massage therapist specializing in care for individuals with autoimmune and chronic inflammatory conditions. With advanced clinical training, she uses evidence-informed techniques to help manage the complex symptoms of stress, pain, and fatigue.
Her approach is both compassionate and results-driven, blending specialized knowledge with a commitment to ongoing research in autoimmune massage therapy. Crystal’s goal is to provide safe, effective care that supports long-term comfort, resilience, and quality of life for every client.

My Story
Crystal graduated from Northeast Iowa Community College in 2008 with a Massage Therapy Specialist degree. Crystal is a high energy massage therapist who has been trained in a wide range of modalities creating many diverse techniques. She loves helping others and truly believes in healing through massage. She has been with Thrive since Feb 2020.

Crystal is a Tier 3 therapist with a focus on Auto Immune and Oncology support. Helping her clients function with less pain.
